As soon as your plans are fairly definite, just give us an email or call to set up your reservation. We always suggest as much notice as possible to awoid late fee surchages. +48 hours for airport service or hourly limousine and coach charter. However seasonal, off-hour periods with large conferences or special events will dictate more notice time so try to plan accordingly.

In most cases, a minimum rental 2 hours or more terms will apply for limousine and coach charter. And there are many advantages to this structure, especially for special events and occasions. You have the same vehicle and chauffeur guaranteed for your entire service. You can leave your belongings in the vehicle. You have unlimited stops, the vehicle and chauffeur are available to you as directed. It is generally more relaxing to know that you have the vehicle at your disposal for the specified rental period.

Yes, we offer limousine and coach service 24 hour a day / 7 days a week / 365 days a year. Please keep in mind to reserve as far in advance as possible for off-hour service and that premium pricing and surcharges apply. Late hours: from 10pm until 7am a late night surcharge fee of 25% apply to all our transportation rates.

Yes we have. Our Last minute request surcharge fees are as follows and will be added your invoice.

Minimum limousine hire is charged 2 hours at rate 1.250 DKK per hour for Mercedes E, S class or Viano van.
1-24 hours before service time Last Minute surcharge fee is DKK 1.500 / USD 220 / EUR 200

If condition accepted, please contact us so we can check our availability and do note our above surcharge fees can also apply to any last minute booking you may contact us with.

Surcharge fee will be informed and confirmed when receiving your booking request.

Payment Terms:
Full payment upon our booking confirmation. Done by int. credit card using PayPal.com. PayPal.com payment surcharge do also apply, to cover transactions cost do also apply. From 3,6-4,0% depending on which country you complete payment from.

Your chauffeur will meet you inside the terminal as you exit the security area after luggage belt area, holding a sign with your name on it. If for some reason you do not see your chauffeur, please call our office right away +45 7020 4793 and we will assist you immediately. Failure to call will result in a full charge/no-show. This chauffeur Meet & Greet Service is included in your service rate.

Yes, we call these one-way transfers. There may be instances and occasions where a one-way transfer service is the best option e.g. Copenhagen Airport, your hotel and our Cruise Ship Terminal in Copenhagen to your destination. A one-way transfer is basically a direct, one-way pick up and drop, at a set time. Extra Wait time, extra stops and additional driving around are not calculated in the pricing of these type of transfers and would add the charges or revert the service to hourly (mimimum 2 hours) if extensive waiting time or extra stops on the route.

Unfortunately it is not that simple. You should seek out referrals and recommendations from friends, family and business associates. There are many factors to consider such as reputation, years in operation, size and age of fleet, licensing and insurance, customer service philosophy & back office support, depth and type of chauffeur staff – our company partners and employees are all screened & trained, and financial stability. Please use due diligence in choosing your transportation service. Do not be hesitant to ask any pertinent questions you may have.

Yes, we do offer RAMP/TARMAC Access service in Copenhagen Airport and we can park your limousine next to your jet, upon your arrival and departure. Limousine rate for this is a minimum 2 hour as-directed service plus security fee to Copenhagen Airport do also apply.

Special events include major conferences, sporting & social events, premium concerts, New Years, Thanksgiving & Christmas Eves and similar peak/high demand periods. Cancellation policy for such events is a minimum 1 week prior to the service date of the event, and on all vehicles chartered.
