Payment and Cancellation Terms
A deposit must be paid upon confirmation of the event.
The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
Final payment of the remaining costs is due 2 weeks before the event date.
Cancellation of the event must be made in due time and in writing, and we must receive the cancellation no later than 6 weeks before the scheduled event date.
Minor additional purchases will be invoiced after the event.
